The majority of the products we sell and trade are under the "NO WARRANTY" category because we deal only in replacement parts.
Once a product is delivered from our depot, it cannot be canceled.

At VNCarJewels, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy within 30 days of the purchase date. Here’s how it works:
Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund will be processed within [30] days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Our staff will perform a comprehensive quality check upon receiving the product, which typically takes two to four days. Our quality inspection team will reship the product to the customer if they discover any discrepancies. For the product to be reshipped, the customer will be responsible for paying the courier fees. The product will not be returned and there will be no courier fees.
Returns & Replacement
This cancellation policy outlines about how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:
Within 48 hours (2 days)of delivery, you must notify us by email at [email protected] using your registered email address if you receive a defective goods. Pictures of the product that is damaged and the packaging need to be included.
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made [V.N. Car Jewels] days of placing the order. However, cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to such sellers / merchant(s) listed on the Platform and they have initiated the process of shipping them, or the product is out for delivery. In such an even, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
[V.N. Car Jewels] does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, the refund / replacement can be made if the user establishes that quality of the product delivered is not good.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. The request would be entertained once the seller/ merchant listed on the Platform, has checked and determined the same at its own end. This should be reported within [V.N. Car Jewels] days of receipt of products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your e V.N. Car Jewels pectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within [V.N. Car Jewels] of receiving the product. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. In case of complaints regarding the products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refund Process

Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items with obvious signs of use, items not in their original condition, or items missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
Shipping Costs
Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges: If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will cover the shipping costs for the exchange.
