Processing Time

Items Packages that are larger than 18" L*W*H or weigh more than 5 kg can only be shipped by a transportation service.

Orders larger than the specified size or weight will be shipped by "TRANSPORT OFFICE SERVICE," which will deliver the goods to the customer's city for free (delivery fees from our city to the customer's transport office will be paid). The customer will only be responsible for paying the transport company's delivery fees if they want the goods delivered from the transport office to their door step.

Delays: If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: VNCarJewels is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipping Address

Please ensure all shipping information is correct. VNCarJewels is not responsible for shipments sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Damages and Lost Packages

Damages: VNCarJewels is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us so we can assist you in tracking the shipment and resolving the issue.

If the buyer agrees to pay the delivery charges, we will send the product back to them. If the buyer refuses to pay the delivery charges, they can pick up the courier from our location or request a refund of the amount deducted from the courier charges that cost us and 40% of the product price paid in advance.
